Modern evacuation management with the xPro Enterprise Report
The safety of employees and all persons on site is the top priority for every organisation. In emergency situations, every second counts - which is why it is worth using tools that make evacuation management quick and effective. One such tool is the xPro Enterprise Evacuation Report, which monitors the presence of people in defined building zones in real time.
24/7 monitoring and rapid response in an emergency
The system operates continuously, regardless of whether an evacuation is in progress. When a threat occurs, the report shows, among other things:
- who remains in the building and where they are,
- how many employees are in hazardous zones,
- who has reached the evacuation assembly points.
The "live" function gives operators real-time data from access control passages designated as evacuation exits.
Intuitive operation and mobility
The report has been optimised for tablet use, enabling the person responsible for evacuation to access current data even outside the office. The evacuation process can be triggered automatically - for example by a fire alarm signal - or manually by pressing the START button.
During an active evacuation:
- people at assembly points are marked in green,
- people still awaiting evacuation are marked in red,
- a TRANSFER option is available, allowing manual assignment of an employee to an assembly zone - for example when they cannot use their access card.
Flexibility and full documentation
Users can define their own monitoring zones and additional procedures to be triggered when an evacuation starts. The system automatically generates a CSV report listing all persons to be evacuated at the moment the evacuation begins.
xPro Enterprise is available in both Polish and English, making it easy to deploy in international organisations.
